Friday, February 5 - Jazz On Fridays - Don Griffith - hear three sets sets of jazz piano played on the Bosendorfer grand from 4:30 to 7:30.  There is no cover.  

Friday, February 5 –The Brad Turner Trio (Vancouver) - A talented trumpeter, pianist, drummer and composer, Brad Turner is one of Canada’s most-in-demand musicians. Brad has performed and /or recorded with such artists as Joe Lovano, Kenny Werner, John Scofield, and Gary Bartz.  In 1999 he won a Juno for Best Contemporary Jazz Album recognizing his work in the internationally acclaimed electric jazz group Metalwood.  Joining Brad will be Simon Fisk – bass and Bernie Arai – drums.   Admission is $8 for members/students and $10 for non-members.  The doors open at 8:30 and the show starts at 9:00.

Saturday, February 6 – Skip Kutz Quartet featuring Shelly Ewing – Bandleader Skip Kutz has assembled some of the city’s best musicians to play an eclectic mix of standards, pop, and Latin.  Shelly Ewing is relative newcomer to the local jazz scene having spent time singing for the internationally recognized RCMP Band.  The Quartet includes Skip Kutz – bass, Maurice Drouin – piano, and Hans Van Norren – drums.  Admission is $6 for members/students and $8 for non-members.  The doors open at 8:30 and the show starts at 9:00.

Friday, February 12 - Jazz On Fridays - David Fong - hear three sets sets of jazz piano played on the Bosendorfer grand from 4:30 to 7:30.  There is no cover.

Friday – The Bourbon Street Dixieland Show Band – North Battleford – It has been over 10 years since this Bassment favourite has made the drive down to Saskatoon to grace our stage with its repertoire of the hottest trad jazz tunes this side of the Big Easy.   If you like to have a good time when you listen to jazz, this is the show for you.  The BSDSB features Garnet Speer - clarinet/tenor sax, Jack Tatchell - trumpet, Ross Ulmer - trombone, Dianne Gryba - piano, Rick Lett - bass, Don Tatchell - drums, and the always entertaining George Armstrong - vocals. Admission is $8 for members/students and $10 for non-members.  The doors open at 8:30 and the show starts at 9:00. 

Saturday – Crawdaddios/Zyde-GoGo/Dr. Don and The Black Mambas– Three great bands for the price of one!  The Crawdaddios is a New Orleans style street band.  Zyde-GoGo plays the blues, funk, Cajun, and Zydeco music of south Louisiana and features accordion and washboard.  Dr. Don and the Black Mambas play the piano and horn blues-rock of the New Orleans master pianists:  Professor Longhair, Fats Domino, and Dr. John.  Some of the best musicians in the province will be on stage:   Blackie LaRue -accordion/piano/vocals, Sarah LaRue - trombone, Heather LaRue - washboard,  Bob Klassen - clarinet, Dave Anderson - trumpet, Rich McFarlane - guitar, Count Floyd Lloyd Tomczak - bass, Eric Jonnason - drums, and Glenn Ens – drums.  Admission is $8 for members/students and $10 for non-members.  The doors open at 8:30 and the show starts at 9:00.
